“Working with Jennie has been incredibly supportive and has allowed me to feel at ease and find more fluid processes for my business. Jennie is professional, trauma-informed and blends her attention to detail and skillful knowledge of systems to really meet me and business where I’m at. I highly recommend Jennie to any entrepreneur who desires VA and business management support who is collaborative and so enjoyable to work with!”

“It’s been a joy and relief to have Jennie as a part of my core business team. As a busy entrepreneur and parent, I had an ever-growing to-do list. Worse, the inside of my business felt chaotic and disorganized. Jennie is easy to delegate tasks to, and never makes me feel like a mess when things are, well, messy. She helps me with project management, newsletter management, website updates, and more. Her warm presence never goes unnoticed and helps me feel more confident in my day-to-day tasks. In short, I love Jennie!”

“Hiring Jennie was the best investment I’ve ever made in my business. I’m 9 years in, and was so reluctant to bring someone into my world. I don’t work like most people. I’m random, I’m in chaos, and I love it. And I needed someone who could be here, honor this, without judgement, and bring some organization as my business continue to grew.

She is such a warmth, and light to my world. I message her often in tears at how grateful I am she’s able to honor my needs and my business the way she does.

I’ve recommended all my clients to her (I’m a business coach). There’s no one else I trust more with the world of my business, and life, than her!”

“Jennie was one of the first people I hired when starting my business. Her ability to spot detail I’d missed, add precision and note for potential hiccups helped me get through that first year of work! I always thought adding someone so detail-oriented to my team would cause a lack of creativity or lightness, but I found just the opposite with Jennie. She brought so much joy to my team and helped me operate in my own gifts as she owned hers.”

“Jennie was incredible to work with! She helped me with grammatical editing and some developmental editing for a study/devotional I'm writing. I appreciated her personal inquiry when she wasn't sure about something I meant, and her insight as to how I may consider rewording or changing something. Her personality was direct yet gentle, which I think can be hard to find in an editor! She is very good at what she does and I'd hire her again and highly recommend that you hire her to work with you on your next project.”

“I’m a business owner who is notorious for changing and pivoting what I’m up to and Jennie is the only one with the ability to stick with me and support me through all of it. Whether it’s my website, scheduling, emails, editing my videos, podcast, or my magazine, Jennie has - or acquires - the skill set I need her to have so I can continue to grow. While most employees need guidance and direction, Jennie is wickedly independent and thrives with freedom. The more space I give her to initiate in my business, the more impressed I am with what she comes up with. If I get stuck and don’t know how to get myself out, Jennie finds the solution faster, and with more grace than I could ever pull off myself. She has an uncanny ability to tap into my mood, and my stress, and redirect me. She knows when it’s time for me to pivot again because I’m loosing my energy or my passion. She was sensitive with me when it was time to light a fire under my arse and sort out my finances more thoroughly and she initiated work with a bookkeeper for me, which is going to help me mortgage my home. Calling Jennie a Virtual Assistant is lack lustre to me, because she’s so much more than that. I’ve never had anyone so efficient, capable, driven, organized, clever, and my favourite - she’s sassy. She’s got the courage to let me know what could improve and how we’re going to do it, and I hope she’s with me in my business forever.”

“As a small business owner it's easy to become bogged down, distracted or overwhelmed by many of the tasks involved in a healthy business--just because we "can" do a task doesn't mean that it serves our business or clients for us to be the one to do it. When I decided to launch a qualitative research project out of my private practice I knew that it would never leave the ground unless I hired someone to help me create the systems and structure for it to succeed, which in turn allowed me to energetically engage in a way that I was set-up to do the research and client work I'm passionate about. I received one hundred fold what I invested when I hired Jennie.

Jennie's communication is professional, thoughtful and I have found her receptive to feedback. She's clear with her own boundaries and has respected mine. I would recommend working with Jennie to any creative, small business owner, entrepreneur or person burning with a "what if" dream that needs help being brought into the world. I'm grateful and intend to continue working with her as my business and creative needs present themselves!”

“For the first few years of my business I was doing everything by myself. Website, social media, graphic design, marketing, automation, email, and finances - on top of working with clients, creating programs, guiding the direction of my business, and growing it. I hit a point where it became clear to me that I couldn't build what I wanted to without support, and that my body of work wasn't growing like I knew it could because...frankly...I was in the way. By doing all these things I was keeping myself tired and busy, and my time and energy weren't being used well (or correctly, for that matter).

It was then that I hired Jennie.

She came into my world through a recommendation and I couldn't be happier that I followed my gut and received her invitation to connect. After a few months of working together, there are now things she takes care of daily and monthly without me needing to check or even think about. And no matter what I'm working on, she's able to slide in and take care of so much of the back-end so I can play in the vision and big picture.

Jennie's support has given me the space to grow my business while resting even more, and staying in my zone of genius.”

“Jennie is patient, kind, funny and detail-oriented. She communicates with ease, and informs you in regards to what she can do and she needs from you. I learned so much about my own process working with her and I appreciate the flexibility, patience, and non-judgment attitude. My favorite thing about her is her devotion to the task itself and giving it her best. She's definitely quality over pressure! Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who cares about the kind of support they provide you and getting it right the first time.”

“I definitely recommend working with Jennie, having a supportive virtual assistant (especially as a solopreneur) is invaluable when you're navigating the next phase of your business. Jennie is organized, has a great visual eye and a grounding energy. I loved working with her!”

“Jennie is a delightful and thorough collaborator who brings a sense of fun to our work together. As a thought partner, she not only excels in completing tasks with excellence but also serves as both a mirror and a map, helping me identify and pursue my business values in everyday decisions. Her communication skills and commitment make working with her a valuable and enjoyable experience.”
