How I Work
I work to ensure that your goals are met in the time allotted.
You’ll feel the difference when my business has got your back.
⏰ Hours of Operation
I work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time and do not work weekends. While I occasionally work on projects independently during evening hours, I never expect my clients to be available outside of regular business hours. My schedule is designed to provide clear expectations for communication and collaboration.
💸 Payment & Invoicing
All payments on service hours are paid upfront using PayPal or credit card. Invoices are sent electronically on the 1st of the month. All services are prepaid and work will commence once payment is received.
⏲️ Time Tracking
All time spent on your projects is tracked to the minute. I will send you weekly progress reports to keep you updated on how I am utilizing your hours.
💰Refunds
When you buy a package of time with me, I commit to having enough time available to serve you. My commitment to you affects how I work with our other clients. For that reason, I don’t offer refunds on unused hours or allow unused hours to roll over.
Sharing Passwords
To safely exchange passwords, I use Dashlane. I ask that my clients set up an account so that they can securely share their passwords with me. Please share passwords with: hello@jenniekerns.com

Confidentiality
I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to me will be returned upon completion + payment. I take your confidentiality very seriously.
📆 Meetings
Your time is valuable, and so is mine. In the event that you need to change or cancel a scheduled meeting, I require 24-hour notice. In turn, I promise to honor our appointments and be on time as well.
The Perks
All calls and emails will be returned within 48 hours during business days (Monday to Friday).
That means I will:
Respond to e-mail and Voxer messages promptly
Follow-up with clients to ask for feedback
Make recommendations and offer solutions
Go the extra mile to make my clients happy
Turn Around Times
Project and task turnarounds vary depending on the specific requirements. I make an effort to handle all new projects and tasks within 48 hours of receiving the required information. I always inform you of when you can expect projects and tasks to be completed. If you make changes to the original task or project, the amount of time required to complete the project is subject to change.
Project Management Tools
I am happy to work with your PM tool if you’ve already established a routine (i.e. Notion, Trello, Asana, etc.). I will manage your project on my side with Asana. If you do not have a project management tool, I will loop you into my Asana.

1 | The Discovery Call
I want to learn where you are in your business. Where do you feel you’re succeeding, and where do you feel you’re lacking support? This complimentary 30-minute session is the first step towards understanding your needs and assessing whether or not I am a good fit for your business. Book your Discovery Call now!
Based on our discovery call, I will send you a custom proposal and suggest the right Online Business Management package for you. The proposal will include my rough insights, pinpoint potential projects, and next-step recommendations.
2 | The Getting Down to Business Strategy Call
This one-time, 75-min strategic planning session is mandatory for all packages to kick off our working relationship.
This is your opportunity to lay it all on the table and let me know exactly which areas of your business you want to improve, how you think your team & projects can be better managed, and what systems you want to put into place to make your business run smoothly. It is also my opportunity to evaluate your needs, your team & projects, and your overall business structure.
We are now a team. As a team, we want to identify what can be taken off your plate simply and effectively. I will be maintaining a well-oiled machine, allowing you to get back to the parts of the business you love.
3 | The Audit
Suit up! This is where we get serious. During the first 90 days, I do a full audit of all your business’ processes. During the first two weeks, I look at files, procedures, and strictly observe how your beautiful business operates. The absolute earliest any implementation will occur is two weeks after the Getting Down To Business Call.
This is a time to show us examples of how you operate, introduce us to staff, and allow us to find our space.
4 | The first 90-days
I hone in on what makes your business flourish! I am also on the lookout for which sections need polishing, where money is wasted, and which processes need implementation. As masters of efficiency, I want to make sure your business is reaching its full potential and no tasks are missed.
During this time, I’ll fix immediate leaks and lay the foundations for future projects.
5 | Manage ongoing tasks
Once I have spent some time in the nitty-gritty of your business, I will help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These beautiful work-of-art documents map out exactly how to execute and automate routine tasks. The SOP is given to a staff member who takes that job off your plate so you can get back to the part of the business you love (or you can even book a vacation!).
In addition to SOPs, I will help structure product launches, and anything else your online biz needs.
Ongoing
Time to get movin’! We want to set up action items and start making things happen. You’ll start seeing your company’s direction and start feeling the stress melt away. Who needs a spa day?
